Meet Our Team

Daniel Jones PharmD- Owner, Compounding Specailist.
Daniel Jones PharmD/Owner of Strawberry Hills Pharmacy & Compounding Center is a native of Mayfield, KY where he worked as a staff pharmacist for 6 years at Gibson’s Pharmacy. Daniel is a graduate of Samford McWhorter School of Pharmacy (2004) While at McWhorter Jones was voted by his class to serve as President. He was also given the honor of being the Pledge Chair of Kappa Psi Fraternity. He also served on several committees, held an office in NCPA, and also took an active stand on the ethics and curriculum committees.

Jones has developed a work-ethic like no other; obtained his preceptor license, he has developed a comprehensive immunization program, inundated a rural area to the advantages of robotics in a community setting, gives monthly programs to the local senior citizen center, and diabetes support groups. Daniel led Gibson to one of the first DMEPOS accreditations in Western Kentucky. While at McWhorter Jones developed a keen interest in the Geriatric population, and has continued to devote most of his time and practice to this population.

Jones holds seats on the Samford University Leadership Council, board member of the Kentucky Pharmacist Association, and serves as an adjunctive professor for The University of Kentucky, Sullivan University, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, and Samford. He has been a guest lecturer in numerous classes; he has a strong passion to express to the students about what life is like after pharmacy school. His presentation on “What I Wish Someone Would Have Told Me before I Graduated Pharmacy School,” gives future graduates ideas on how to manage time, life, and finances. Most recently he was awarded the Carl Wayne Shaddix Pharmacy Practitioner of Excellence Award for exemplifying outstanding leadership and care for patients.

Daniel enjoys traveling, golfing, deep sea fishing, and spending time with his family. He married Jamie Bullington Jones PharmD, they have two daughters Annie Marie, and Lucy Lee they reside in Murray, Kentucky.

Staci Overby, R.Ph.- Compounding Specialist.
Staci Overby is a 20-year resident of McCracken County. She graduated from Massac County High School and Western Kentucky Community and Technical College before moving on to the Samford University School of Pharmacy. She has over 20 years of pharmacy experience in large and small retail settings, and has owned and operated a retail pharmacy in the past.

Staci has undergone accreditation through PCCA, is an experienced Diabetes Consultant and a recognized CPR/AED Professional Rescuer and Health Care Provider. She is an expert hormone therapy consultant not only from an educational aspect, but also from personal experience. Staci had a hysterectomy several years ago and is currently on her own personal regimen of Bio-Identical hormones.

She is married to Scott Overby, a lifelong resident of the McCracken/Ballard County area and 20-year employee of the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. They have two sons Michael and Addison. Michael is a graduate of Transylvania University and Addison currently attends WKCTC. In her free time Staci enjoys running, exercise, gardening and traveling with her husband. She is also spent many years assisting with her church's children and youth ministries and has visited Moldova on medical missions and to help set up "free clinics."

Matt Sullivan- Marketing and Sales.
Matt Sullivan is a 17-year resident of Wingo and Graves County. He graduated from Murray State University in with a BA in Advertising and a minor in Marketing. Matt has over 20 years of sales experience, 17 of which are in pharmaceutical sales.

Matt has previously worked for fortune 500 companies such as Merck and Co. and Bristol Myers Squibb. He has won numerous awards though his career including a Directors Club Award, a Regional Award and numerous Awards of Excellence.

He is married to Stephanie Sullivan, an Elementary School Principal in Graves County. They have three children, one daughter Courtney and two sons, Mattison and Canaan. In his spare time, Matt is the Worship Leader at Hardin Baptist Church and writes Christian and Country music.

Carry Clark Summarell- Pharmacy Technician.
Carry Clark Summarell is a lifelong resident of the Paducah area. After graduating from Lone Oak High School she attended Western Kentucky Community and Technical College and received her associates degree in Applied Science and Medical Assisting. She went on to earn here Bachelors of Science from Murray State University in Health Care Administration.

With almost 10 years of retail pharmacy experience, Carry is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a Certified Medical Assistant. She is also experienced in compounding. She has also completed several clinical rotations in area doctors offices including Dr Luigs and Dr. Cardenas.

Carry is married to Jason Summarell, a lineman for Paducah Power. They have a two year old daughter named Molly. Carry is active in her church, enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, embroidery and shopping.
